Terms of Service

• Commissions are for personal use unless stated otherwise
➞ art for commercial use (twitch banner, donation alerts, youtube banner, etc.) may be subject to additional fee depending on scope (see Commercial Fee chart)
• Payment is upfront𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁,
◦ you must pay the invoice within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will cancel the commission.
◦ you may use the commission for profile pictures, wallpapers, and post on public viewing platforms without credit as long as you or others do not take credit for the creation of said commission.
➞ if reposting your commissioned artwork online in high quality, try to always post the watermarked version. This protects your commission and my art from any art theft.
◦ you are not allowed to reproduce the piece in any way for profit (NFTs, tracing, selling merchandise, etc.) without agreeing to pay for the respective commercial rights from me.
◦ the artwork may be printed for personal use, not commercial use.
◦ you are not allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
◦ no reselling of any commissioned art unless appropriate commercial rights have been agreed upon and paid for.𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁,
• I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation.
• I reserve full rights to the artwork, that includes posting WIPs, streaming the artwork progress, etc.

• Should you try to scam me or go against my T.O.S, I reserve the right to put you on a public blacklist.
• Should you break my T.O.S, you willingly open yourself up to litigation.

• 100% refund if I have not started work your commission and you'd like to cancel.
• 50% refund if we are past or at the rough draft stage.

1. confirmation of order and payment via paypal invoice.

2 rough sketch/concept drafts.
➞ different versions of your desired commission may be provided for you to choose from.
➞ you may make any changes at this point.
3 final draft.
➞ you will approve the final draft for your commission.

4 rendering, coloring, etc.

• explicit nsfwDrawn references for the character wanted are highly recommended and prioritized, but if not possible, online images and a description of what the character should look like is enough to start working on it. (Be advised, if done this way, the results will vary more and the model may or may not be exactly what you expected as there was no clear reference to start with)I will follow the reference you give me as close as possible; once the rough draft is finalized, you cannot give me any new references to follow; you may only do this for small tweaks.If you have a drawn reference for a character, but would prefer me to draw them in a different art style, please let me know before starting and I will gladly adapt the character to the style you want within my abilities.I will do my best to send consistent updates once a milestone is achieved in the process of the piece, and you will be able to ask for as many updates as you like throughout the whole process. I also keep a public queue tracker visible that shows how far along each commission is in the process.
